Return and Exchange Policy

 

At VIRAABYA, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are valid within 24 hour from the date of delivery.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

    • Manufacturing defects


We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.

2. Condition of the Product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags must be intact.

  • The product must be packed in the original delivery packaging.

  • The original invoice/bill must be included inside the package.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Reverse Pickup Policy

  • We do not offer reverse pickup services.

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address.

4. Return Instructions

In case of a return request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Clearly mention the Tracking Number / AWB Number on the return package.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Insert the original bill/invoice inside the parcel.

  4. Write the provided Return Address and Reverse Pickup AWB Number clearly on the top of the parcel.

Failure to follow the above instructions may result in delays or rejection of the return request.

5. Important Notes

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking facilities.

  • The company will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
